We have gotten so many compliments on the details of this house. We were our own general contractors and added some personal details to the home. It is wonderful walking through and knowing where every nail and screw is placed. And I have a photo journal of the entire process. The home is perfect for entertaining with its open floor plan, and I enjoy the privacy the split bedroom plan offers. I love the front porch and the cozy fireplace. I truly do love this house plan that I purchased from this designer. From the beginning, I searched through hundreds of plan books for the perfect layout. I then decided to turn to the internet and bingo, I found you guys. We are hoping to get started with construction in 2011, and feel certain that this home will be a very positive and special place for the elderly people that it will be built for... As a result, we have an enormous sense of accomplishment in our lives, in just having had a small part in finding this beautiful and highly-functional home design...
Y'all helped make dreams come true! Our new home is both beautiful and functional for our family of 6. We had it built on a full (daylight) basement so that 2 bedrooms and a bathroom could be added to the wonderful floor plan. It was EXTREMELY affordable, and our builder loved the way the plans were written out-they were perfect! He said he has never before built a house when he didn't have to modify the plan; that's because the floor plan was perfect! I would be glad to lend a positive word for your company in any way I can. And as we are showing our new home, I am always sure to give your company the credit!

The staff at this company has been a pleasure to work with on designing the plans for our new home. Someone has been available to answer any and all questions that my wife and I have had, and this company made several relevant suggestions to us to help us through this process. My wife and I are contracting our house ourselves and this designer has been there to help direct us on each phase. We did make several modifications to the original plan we selected, and the company was ready willing and able to make it happen.We would recommend this designer without reservation.
My wife's Grandfather passed away and we decided to sell our then current home to build near her.It had always been my dream to build a Craftsman style home because I absolutely love the architecture and the simplicity. Now was my chance! We bought magazines from home improvement stores and looked online at countless plans. We always, always kept coming back to this plan from this designer. The size is perfect. The bathrooms are roomy, the room sizes are good. The media room was a bonus (so the kids could play their games and leave our TV alone!). We loved it, and still do after living there for a year. I would not change anything about it or the way we did it. Its PERFECT and now my dream has come true!
